Abstract: Objective To explore the current status of resilience in lung cancer patients and its influence factors, and to provide reference for ameliorate resilience in lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 192 lung cancer patients hospitalized in a tertiary Grade-A hospital in Chengdu were selected from October 2020 to August 2021. The patients were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire, Connor-Davison Resilience Scale, Perceived Stress Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale and General Self-efficacy Scale and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors. Results The total score of resilience of lung cancer patients was 62.60±16.77. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education background, self-efficacy, perceived social support, and stress perception were the main influence factors of resilience, accounting for 48.1% of the total variance. Conclusion The resilience of lung cancer patients is below the average, which is affected by education background, self-efficacy, perceived social support, and stress perception. Medical staff should evaluate the stress perception of lung cancer patients timely, guide them to improve their self-efficacy and social support accordingly, so as to elevate their resilience effectively.
