Journal of Nursing (China) is a semi-monthly professional academic nursing journal sponsored by Southern Medical University (formerly known as the First Military Medical University) and organized by Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University. It is the only journal designated as an “academic journal” (xuebao) in China’s nursing discipline and is recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a journal listed in the China Science Core Journals Database (Source Journals for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations). The publication identifiers include CN 44-1631/R and ISSN 1008-9969.
