Construction of Evaluation Index System for Blended Teaching Quality of Nursing Courses

Abstract: Objective To construct a blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses, and to promote continuous development of blended teaching quality of nursing courses. Methods Through literature review, semi-structured interviews, Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierachy process, a blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses was established and the weights of the indexes were determined. Results The expert response rate of two rounds of was 100% and 91% respectively; the authority coefficient of experts 0.915 and 0.921 respectively, and the coordination cofficient 0.259 and 0.266 respectively (all P<0.01). The blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses consisted of 4 first-level indexes including teachers, students, teaching design and teaching resources,13 second-level indexes and 66 third-level indexes. Conclusion Being reliable and practical, the developed blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses is acceptable, and after further validation, it can be used to evaluate blended teaching quality for nursing courses.
