Construction of online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

Abstract: Objective To construct an online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and to provide standardized nutritional intervention for patients. Methods The online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was developed after literature review and two rounds of expert correspondence between May and July 2023. Results Eighteen experts completed two rounds of correspondence, with a recovery rate of 95% and 100% for effective response, 0.908 and 0.925 for expert authority and 0.248 and 0.277 for Kendall coordination, respectively. The final program consisted of 9 first-level, 26 second-level, and 58 third-level items. Conclusion The online and offline nutrition intervention program for liver cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in this study is of scientific and clinical significance.
