Construction of training program for nurse specialist of inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract: Objective To construct a training program for nurse specialist of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Methods Through literature review, semi-structured interviews and group discussion, the training program draft for nurse specialist of IBD was formed. Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of consultation with 16 experts from 8 provinces and cities. After data collation and analysis, the final training program for nurse specialist of IBD was constructed. Results In the two rounds of expert consultation, the positive coefficient of experts was both 100%, and the authority coefficient 0.913. The Kendall concordant coefficient for the second round of correspondence ranged from 0.271 to 0.345(P<0.01).The final training program for nurse specialist of IBD consisted of four aspects of access conditions, training content, training methods, and evaluation methods. Conclusion The constructed training program for nurse specialist of IBD is scientific and reasonable, which can provide reference for the training of nurse specialist of IBD in the future.
