Construction of Evidence-based Practice Training System for Clinical Nurses

Abstract: Objective To construct a systematic evidence-based practice (EBP) training system for clinical nurses, to provide reference for EBP training of clinical nursing talents. Methods Based on the seven-step model of EBP, the initial draft of EBP training system for clinical nurses was constructed after literature review and group discussions, and 25 experts were selected for two rounds of consultation using the Delphi method. Results The response rate of the two rounds of consultation was 80% and 100%, respectively, and the authority coefficient of the expert panel was 0.93. The final EBP training system for clinical nurses consisted of 5 first-level, 23 secondary-level, and 61 third-level indicators. Conclusion EBP training system for clinical nurses established in this study is reliable and scientific, which plays a guiding role and has reference value for the development of EBP training for clinical nurses.
