Effect of Online-offline Blended Teaching on Research Nurses with Concept of “Golden Course”

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of online-offline blended teaching on research nurses with the concept of “golden course”. Methods The program was implemented among 36 clinical nurses who were interested in the post of research nurse in 2021 from a tertiary grade A hospital in Changsha. Online-offline blended teaching focusing on the analysis, assessment and creation ability of nurses was conducted under the concept of “golden course”. Results The mean score of nursing research ability and critical thinking skill after the training was higher than that before, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Online-offline blended teaching on research nurses under the concept of “golden course” can effectively improve the research abilities and promote critical thinking skills of nurses.
