Psychological pressure, knowledge on related disease and medication and medication compliance after discharge were compared in the two groups. The score of knowledge on related diseases and medication in the two groups showed statistical significance (F=20.800, P<0.001 and the score of medication compliance in the two groups was statistically significant (F=16.071, P<0.001. The score of knowledge on related diseases and medication in the observation group was higher at the end of the first and third month of discharge (all P<0.05 and the score of medication compliance in the observation group at the second and third month of discharge was higher (all P<0.05.
