Construction of Standard for Nursing Humanistic Care Demonstration Ward

Abstract: Objective To construct the standard for nursing humanistic care demonstration ward. Methods Based on literature review, brainstorming and Delphi method, the standard was constructed and its weight of indicators was determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Results Totally 29 experts were included. The positive coefficient of two rounds of consultationwas 93.10% and 100%, respectively; the authority coefficient0.850 and 0.822, respectively and the coordination coefficient 0.174 and 0.141,respectively (P<0.001). The final constructed standard of nursing humanistic care demonstration ward consisted of 5 first-level, 16 second-level indicators and 90 third-level indicators. Conclusion The standard of nursing humanistic care demonstration ward is scientific and reliable, which can provide reference for the improvement of humanistic care ward management system and the quality of nursing care.
