Construction of Evaluation Index System for Risk Factors of Vasoactive Drug-induced Phlebitis in Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

Abstract: Objective To construct an evaluation index system of risk factors of phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs through peripheral vein in patients with cardiovascular diseases, and to provide reference for establishing an early warning and prevention system of phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs. Methods After literature review, the indexes of phlebitis risk caused by vasoactive drugs in patients with cardiovascular diseases were preliminarily constructed, and Delphi method was used to inquire 20 experts for two rounds. Through the screening and modification of indicators, the construction of risk factor index system was completed. The weight of each index was determined by the method of precedence diagram. Results After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation index system of risk factors of phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs in patients with cardiovascular diseases was finally formed and it consisted of 4 first-level, and 36 secondary-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of risk factors of phlebitis caused by vasoactive drugs in patients with cardiovascular diseases constructed by two-round expert consultation is scientific and reasonable, since there are quantitative indicators for phlebitis prevention and evaluation for patients with cardiovascular diseases who use vasoactive drugs peripherally.
