Application of two-dimensional code combined with color management in management of clinical internal medicine rescue vehicle

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of two-dimensional code combined with color management in the management of clinical internal medicine rescue vehicle. Methods The forage two-dimensional code with automatic countdown and automatic color reminder was designed and applied in the management of rescue vehicle. Daily counting and registration time, monthly counting and registration time of the expiration date of drugs and goods, and the standard rate of rescue vehicle management were evaluated before and after the implementation of rescue vehicle management, and the usability was evaluated by system availability scale (SUS). Results After the implementation, daily counting and registration time, and monthly counting and registration time of the expiration date of drugs and goods were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). The standard rate of rescue vehicle management was 98.07%, which was significantly higher than that before the implementation (95.56%) (P<0.05). The average SUS score was 90.46±9.56; the learnability score 82.34±20.34, and the usability score92.54±9.13. Conclusion The use of color management combined with two-dimensional code can effectively improve the efficiency of rescue vehicle management.
