Construction of Tracking Assessment Index System for Specialist Nurses

Abstract: Objective To construct a tracking assessment index system for specialist nurses, and to provide theoretical reference for the long-term management of specialist nurses. Methods After literature review, expert interviews and pre-investigation, the Delphi method was used to develop the tracking assessment index system for specialist nurses, and the optimal sequence diagram method, the percent weight method, and the product method were used to identify the weights of indicators at various levels. Results Two rounds of expert letter inquiries were conducted. The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert letter inquiries was 100%; the authority coefficient 0.84 and 0.86, and the value of Kendall's W 0.366 and 0.417, respectively (P<0.01). The final tracking assessment index system for specialist nurses consisted of 6 first-level, 20 second-level and 53 third-level indicators. Conclusion The tracking assessment index system for specialist nurses is scientific and reliable, and it provides reference for the tracking management of specialist nurses in China.
