Abstract: Objective To systematically integrate the qualitative research on psychological experience of reproductive concerns in young cancer patients, to provide evidence-based reference for medical staff to reduce young cancer patients' reproductive concerns and formulate targeted intervention programs. Methods We searched the databases of CNKI, VIP, WanFang, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Embase from the inception to February 28, 2021, to collect qualitative researches on psychological experience of reproductive concerns in young cancer patients. The JBI critical appraisal tool for qualitative studies in Australia was used to evaluate the quality of studies and the results were synthesized. Results Nine articles were included, which were summarized into seven categories and integrated into three results: multiple manifestations; health support to alleviate reproductive concerns; psychological burden experience and active coping strategies. Conclusion Young cancer patients are often accompanied by reproductive concerns of varying degrees. Medical professionals should pay attention to the reproductive concerns of young cancer patients, strengthen their family social support system and establish a reproductive information support system, so as to meet the health needs of young cancer patients, and encourage them to actively cope with reproductive concerns.
