Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status of learning psychological quality of nursing undergraduates at home during COVID-19 epidemic and analyze its influence factors. Methods With convenience sampling, 801 nursing undergraduates from 2 medical colleges in Anhui province from March 2 to 5, 2020 were investigated by using College Students' Learning Burnout Questionnaire and College Students' Learning Psychological Quality Scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the psychological quality of nursing undergraduates at home during COVID-19 epidemic. Results The total score of learning psychological quality of nursing undergraduates was 75.14±9.71. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether to participate in volunteer activities for epidemic prevention and control, whether with front-line medical workers around for epidemic prevention and control, how well they had mastered the protection knowledge of COVID-19, and the total score of learning burnout entered into the regression equation (P<0.05), explaining 62.1% of the total variation. Conclusion Learning psychological quality of nursing undergraduates at home during COVID-19 epidemic is in a medium level, which is mainly influenced by whether to participate in volunteer activities for epidemic prevention and control, whether with front-line medical workers around for epidemic prevention and control, how well they had mastered the protection knowledge of COVID-19 and the total score of learning burnout. Attention should be paid to the change of learning psychological quality and psychological construction of nursing undergraduates during public health emergencies.
