功能性腹胀患者健康促进行为量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘要： 目的 汉化并检验功能性腹胀患者健康促进行为量表（the Health Promoting Behaviour for Bloating scale,HPB-Bloat）的信效度。方法 按照Brislin翻译原则对量表进行顺译、回译、文化调适和预试验,形成量表中文版,采用方便抽样法对2022年1—6月南宁市某三级甲等医院脾胃病科的404例功能性腹胀患者进行健康促进行为的评估,运用SPSS 26.0和Mplus 8.3完成量表的项目分析、信效度和等值性检验。结果 功能性腹胀患者健康促进行为量表包含4个维度11个条目,项目分析表明量表条目具有良好的鉴别度和同质性;量表的内容效度指数为0.949,各条目的内容效度指数在0.875~1.000之间;探索性因子分析提取4个因子（饮食、身体活动、压力管理、健康与治疗意识）,累计方差贡献率为51.4%;验证性因子分析结果显示,模型拟合数据理想;量表的效标关联效度为0.687;量表的Cronbach α系数为0.796,间隔2周后的重测信度为0.824;量表在跨性别等值性检验中△CFI≤0.010,△RMSEA≤0.015。结论 中文版功能性腹胀患者健康促进行为量表具有良好的信效度和跨性别的测量等值性,可作为我国功能性腹胀患者健康促进行为的评估工具。

Abstract: Objective To translate the Health Promoting Behavior for Bloating scale (HPB-Bloat) for patients with functional abdominal distension, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods According to Brislin's translation model, the scale was translated, back-translated, culturally adjusted and pre-tested to form the Chinese version of the scale. Convenient sampling method was used to select 404 patients with functional abdominal distension in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of a tertiary grade-A hospital in Nanning from January to June 2022 to evaluate the health promoting behavior. SPSS 26.0 and Mplus 8.3 were used to complete the project analysis, reliability and validity and equivalence test of the scale. Results The translated HPB-Bloat for patients with functional abdominal distension consisted of 4 dimensions and 11 items. Item analysis showed that the scale items had good discrimination and homogeneity. Content validity index of the scale was 0.949, and the content validity index of each item ranged from 0.875 to 1.000. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 factors (diet, physical activity, stress management, health and treatment awareness), and cumulative variance contribution rate was 51.4%. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitting data was ideal. Criterion-related validity of the scale was 0.687; Cronbach α coefficient of the scale 0.796, and the test-retest reliability after 2 weeks 0.824. In cross-gender equivalence test, △CFI was≤0.010; and △RMSEA≤0.015. Conclusion The Chinese version of HPB-Bloat for patients with functional abdominal distension has good reliability and validity and cross-gender measurement equivalence, which can be used as an evaluation tool for the health promoting behavior of patients with functional abdominal distension in China.
