目的 编制儿科专科护士核心能力的量表,并验证其信度和效度。方法 以核心能力理论为理论框架,利用文献研究与德尔菲法来构建儿科专科护士的初始核心能力量表。在河北省选取了10所三级甲等医院,使用便利抽样法在医院儿科中选择了444名专科护士进行问卷调查,对量表进行项目分析,同时对其信效度进行了检验。结果 本量表中总共包含5个维度,分别为专业发展能力、临床护理实践能力、管理指导能力、沟通协调能力以及基本职业素养。结果 分析发现,量表内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.941,各条目的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.857~1.000。通过对探索性因子的分析,从中凝练了5个公共因子,其中KMO值为0.930,累计方差贡献率达到了72.942%。而验证性因子分析的结果表明,卡方/自由度(χ2/df)值为2.632,比较拟合指数(CFI)值为0.869,非正规化指数(TLI)值为0.857,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)值为0.090。量表的校标关联效度为0.896。该量表的总Cronbach α系数为0.967,折半信度为0.861,重测信度为0.985。结论 本研究中编制的儿科专科护士核心能力的量表,具有良好的信度效度,值得我国儿科专科护士的基础技能水平评估时借鉴使用。
