Construction of evaluation index system for quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease

Abstract: Objective To construct an index system for evaluating the quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary heart disease (CHD), and to guide clinical practice. Methods According to the three-dimensional quality model of "structure-process-outcome", and under the guidance of the guideline consensus, we extracted effective indicators from the literature and group discussion, and formed the draft of the evaluation index system. Two rounds of correspondence questionnaire in 30 experts were conducted by using Delphi method, and the weight of the indicators was determined by hierarchical analysis. Results The response rate of 2 rounds of expert correspondence was 94% and 100%; authority coefficient 0.886 and 0.897, and the Kendall's harmony coefficient of indicators at all levels 0.181~0.245 and 0.181~0.329 respectively (all P<0.05). The final index system for evaluating the quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for CHD patients after PCI consisted of 3 first-level, 10 second-level, and 43 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system for quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for CHD patients after PCI is scientific and comprehensive, with reasonable weight distribution, and can provide reference for the evaluation of the quality of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation care for CHD patients after PCI.
