Construction of Post Competency Evaluation Index System of Research Nurse

Abstract: Objective To construct a post competency evaluation index system of research nurse. Methods After literature review, behavioral event interview was used to construct the preliminary index system, and Delphi method to conduct two rounds of expert consultation in 19 experts to develop the post competency evaluation index system. Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of except consultation was 100% and 95% respectively; the degree of except authority 0.926 and 0.945 respectively, and Kendall harmony coefficient 0.164 and 0.188 respectively (all P<0.001). The final index system consisted of 3 first-level, 11-second and 35-third level indexes. Conclusion The post competency evaluation index system of research nurse is scientific and reliable, which can provide reference for the training and management of research nurse.
