Construction of Training Program of Professional Master's Degree in Nursing Featuring Chinese Medicine

Abstract: Objective To constructa postgraduate training program of professional master's degree in nursing featuring Chinese medicine. Methods We employed Delphi method to make inquiries in experts and the initial postgraduate training program of professional master's degree in nursing featuring Chinese medicine was constructed. Results The efficient recovery rate of the two rounds of inquiries was 96% and 100% respectively, and the authority coefficient 0.853 and 0.873 respectively. The coordination coefficient of the two rounds of inquiries was statistically significant by chi-square test （P<0.05）, and the final training program included training objectives, training methods, curriculum settings, training time arrangements and practical assessment methods. Conclusion The training program constructed in the study is necessary and scientific and can provide a basis for universities and hospitals to train postgraduates in nursing with Chinese medicine.
