代际沟通感知量表的汉化及其在社区老年人与年轻人的信效度检验

Translation of Perception of Communication Scale and Its Reliability and Validity in Elderly and Young People

摘要： 目的 汉化代际沟通感知量表,并检验其在社区老年人与年轻人中的信效度。方法 基于翻译-回译模型翻译原量表,进行跨文化调适与预调查,采用便利抽样法选取杭州市的老年人和年轻人共552名进行调查。采用项目分析、内容效度、结构效度、内部一致性、重测信度等对中文版代际沟通感知量表进行检验。结果 中文版代际沟通感知量表共32个条目,探索性因子分析提取7个公因子,累计方差贡献率为64.190%,且验证性因子分析各项拟合指数均达标;内容效度指数为0.990。量表各维度的Cronbach α系数为0.829~0.966,重测信度为0.886~0.919。结论 中文版代际沟通感知量表具有良好的信效度,可以有效评估老年人和年轻人的代际沟通感知情况。

Abstract: Objective To translate the Perception of Communication Scale (PCS) into Chinese, and to validate its reliability and validity in the elderly and young people in the communities. Methods PCS was translated based on Brislin translation model and cross-cultural adaptation and pre-investigation were performed successively. The total of 552 elderly and young people in Hangzhou were selected by convenient sampling method. The reliability and validity of the PCS were tested by item analysis, content validity, construct validity, internal consistency, test-retest reliability. Results The PCS consist of 32 items, and 7 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, which contributed to 64.190% of the variance. The identified reliability four-factor model demonstrated good fit. The index of content validity was 0.990.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.829~0.966 and the test-retest reliability 0.886~0.919. Conclusion The Chinese version of PCS is reliable and valid, and can be used to evaluate the circumstance of the perception of communication among the elderly and the young people.
