Twenty-two best evidences were summarized out of 30 evidences from five dimensions including team, training and education, time intervention, tool intervention and body position. Conclusion It is suggested that good limb position management should be implemented for all the patients with hemiplegia as soon as possible. Diversified training for nurses, standardized body position, appropriate tools and scientific nursing are important to prevent hemiplegic side limb spasm and complications thus to improve the quality of life.
