Effect of Systematic Voice Rehabilitation Training on Voice Recovery of Trachea Extubation Patients

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of system voice rehabilitation training on voice recovery of trachea extubation patients. Methods We conducted non-concurrent randomized controlled study in 42 patients. Conventional health education was performed in the control group and voice rehabilitation training in addition to health education in the observation group.The intervention measures lasted for seven days. Subjective auditory perception evaluation, voice disorders index evaluation and computer analysis of acoustic parameters were used to compare the intervention effects in the two groups before the intervention, and on the 3rd and 7th day of the intervention. Results There was no difference between the two groups in the evaluations before the intervention (P>0.05), but the evaluation results indicated statistical significance on the 3rd and 7th day of the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion System Voice rehabilitation training after extubation of endotracheal intubation can effectively promote voice rehabilitation.
