乳腺癌化疗患者症状群的范围综述

摘要： 目的 对接受化疗的乳腺癌患者症状群相关研究进行范围综述,为乳腺癌症状管理提供参考。方法 根据Arksey等提出的范围综述报告框架,检索Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库9个数据库从2013年1月—2023年8月的相关文献,对文献进行筛选、提取并分析讨论。结果 共检索文献2 790篇,纳入15篇,提取9个症状群,包括消化道、精神心理、激素相关、皮肤黏膜、自我形象紊乱、认知相关、周围神经、营养相关和治疗相关症状群,乳腺癌患者在化疗不同阶段症状群呈动态变化;症状群评估工具较多,主要采用多症状评估工具。结论 症状群的命名及症状归属有待进一步规范,乳腺癌化疗患者症状群的评估工具有尚未统一。医护人员可根据乳腺癌患者各个化疗阶段的核心症状群,实现优先干预。
