14种HPV疫苗犹豫量表的评价分析

摘要： 目的 对现有HPV疫苗犹豫量表进行总结分析和质量评价,以期为合理选择测量工具,对HPV疫苗犹豫现状进行准确评估提供参考建议。方法 检索国内外数据库,对符合入选标准的HPV疫苗犹豫量表基于共识选择健康测量工具的标准（Consensus Based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments,COSMIN）进行质量评价。结果 没有直接测量HPV疫苗犹豫的工具,最终纳入14个间接测量HPV疫苗犹豫的量表。总结各量表测量内容包括：对HPV疫苗接种的认知、HPV疫苗接种相关知识、HPV疫苗接种态度/信念/意愿;HPV疫苗接种行为等;各量表使用的性能验证方法不尽相同,大多为Cronbach a和结构效度等方法,最终量表的整体性能显示较好,但总体推广度不足;根据COSMIN评价结果进行选择,筛选出4个内部一致性和结构效度均为高质量的工具。结论 HPV疫苗犹豫量表需要综合HPV疫苗本身特点、环境政策、人群心理、理论基础等多方面要素制定,现有工具一定程度上满足了评估需求,研究者可根据自身情况选择,但仍需依据COSMIN标准进一步开发本土化的高质量工具,以期早期识别并采取干预策略降低HPV疫苗犹豫现象。
