老年人健康促进行为量表的汉化及信效度评价

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的对老年人健康促进行为量表进行汉化并检验信效度。方法严格遵循改良的Brislin翻译模型对英文版老年人健康促进行为量表进行翻译,以《中国老年人健康指南》为指导并通过专家评议对其进行跨文化调试。选取广州市530名老年人为研究对象进行问卷调查,评价量表的信效度。结果简体中文版老年人健康促进行为量表包含：健康习惯、社会参与、健康责任、健康饮食、健康锻炼和口腔保健6个维度,22条目。验证性因子分析结果显示,模型的适配度良好。总量表Cronbach α系数为0.868,各维度Cronbach α系数为0.688~0.910。量表条目的内容效度指数为0.867~1.000,总量表的内容效度指数为0.973。结论简体中文版老年人健康促进行为量表信效度良好,可以作为评价老年人健康促进行为水平的工具。

Abstract: Objective To translate the Health-Promoting Behavior of Elderly People Scale and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The English version of Health-Promoting Behavior of Elderly People Scale was translated in accordance with the modified Brislin translation model. The cultural adaption was conducted guided by the Chinese Health Guide for the Elderly and expert review. Five hundred and thirty elderly people in Guangzhou were selected for the survey to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale. Results The simplified Chinese version of the Health-Promoting Behavior of Elderly People Scale consisted of 22 items in 6 dimensions, including healthy habits, social participation, health responsibility, healthy diet, regular exercise and oral health care. Confirmative factor analysis showed good fit of the scale. Cronbach α coefficient of the scale was 0.868, and that of each dimension ranged from 0.688 to 0.910. Content validity index of the scale was 0.973, and that of each item ranged from 0.867 to 1.000. Conclusion The simplified Chinese version of Health-Promoting Behavior of Elderly People Scale has good reliability and validity, and it can be used as a tool to evaluate the health-promoting behavior in the elderly.
