胃癌患者围术期症状群的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的综述国内外胃癌患者围术期症状群的研究进展,以供进一步研究提供参考。方法检索国内外有关胃癌患者围术期症状发生、评估工具、症状群识别及机制方面的相关文献,并进行归纳、分析、总结。结果胃癌患者围术期症状多且负担重,评估工具包括普适性症状评估量表和胃癌生活质量量表;整个围术期阶段存在多个症状群,但发生发展的机制不明。结论缺乏适用于胃癌患者围术期的症状评估工具,其症状群变化趋势尚不清楚,以及内在生物学机制和相关的生物学标志物亟待进一步研究。
