孕产妇分娩恐惧测评工具的研究进展

摘要： 目的 归纳总结国内外孕产妇分娩恐惧测评工具,为选用工具或编制工具提供参考依据。方法 进行相关主题的文献检索、整理和分析,以产前、产时、产后3个时间阶段,分别对国内外孕产妇分娩恐惧的测评工具的基本内容、特点及局限性进行综述。结果 总结孕产妇分娩恐惧测评工具共9个,根据妊娠时间节点可将其归为产前、产时、产后3类,分别为分娩恐惧问卷（Fear of Childbirth Questionaire, FCQ）、Wijma分娩预期问卷（Wijma Delivery Expectancy Questionnaire,W-DEQ-A）、分娩态度问卷(Childbirth Attitudes Questionnaires,CAQ)、分娩恐惧量表（Fear of Birth Scale,FOBS）、FBS出生预期量表（“First Baby Study” Birth Anticipation Scale）、分娩恐惧问卷（Childbirth Fear Questionnaire,CFQ）、分娩恐惧量表（Development of the Delivery Fear Scale, DFS）、Wijma分娩经历问卷（Wijma Delivery Experience Questionnaire,W-DEQ-B）、牛津分娩忧虑量表（Oxford Worriesabout Labour Scale,OWLS-9）。结论 随着近年来对孕产妇心理健康的重视,多阶段的测评工具将更有利于早期识别孕产妇的分娩恐惧,判断其分娩恐惧的严重程度,并为孕产妇分娩恐惧的预防和干预提供依据。
