叙事护理在孕产保健领域中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的综述叙事护理在孕产保健领域中的应用进展,旨在为临床护理人员对孕产妇实施叙事护理提供参考。方法检索国内外数据库,针对叙事护理在孕产保健领域中的应用方法与应用效果进行综述。结果叙事护理利于心灵与情感的交流,促进积极分娩,维护孕产妇的身心健康,但目前研究侧重于访谈式叙事护理,存在一定的局限性。结论叙事护理可改善孕产妇心理健康,根据不同干预形式的优缺点,进行干预形式多样化研究,以促进积极分娩。目前,国内外无孕产保健叙事护理实践框架,有待于进一步研究制定并指导实践。
