语言暴力对实习护生职业认同感的影响

Influence of Verbal Violence on Professional Identity of Intern Nurses

摘要: 目的 调查实习护生遭受语言暴力现状,探讨语言暴力对实习护生职业认同感的影响。方法 本研究采用横断面调查设计,使用方便抽样方法对828名临床实习护生进行调查,调查问卷包括基本资料、语言暴力问卷及职业认同感量表,用Spearman秩相关分析语言暴力与职业认同感的关联,用多元线性回归分析实习护生职业认同感的影响因素。结果 实习护生遭受患者及其家属的语言暴力得分为[28(22,34)]分,医疗同行的语言暴力得分为[10(8,13)]分,语言暴力总分[38(31,47)]分,职业认同感得分为[30(27,35)]分。回归分析显示语言暴力、学历、实习医院等级、父母对其从事护理行业的态度及入学志愿对职业认同感的影响具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 教育和管理者应重视语言暴力对职业认同感的影响,早期识别语言暴力的发生,以预测实习护生职业认同感,为后期制定增强实习护生职业认同感的干预措施提供理论依据。

Abstract: Objective Tosurvey the current situation of verbal violence suffered by intern nurses and to explore the influence of verbal violence on professional identity of intern nurses. Methods With convenient sampling, a cross-sectional survey was conducted to survey 828 intern nurses by using general information questionnaire, verbal violence questionnaire, and professional identity scale. Spearman rank correlationwas used to analyze the relationship between verbal violence and professional identity.The influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results The scoreof verbal violence from patients and their families was [28(22,34)]and that from medical peers [10(8,13)]. The total scores of verbal violence was[38(31,47)]and the score of professional identity[30(27,35)]. Regression analysis showed that verbal violence, education background, the grade of internship hospital, parents' attitude towards nursing profession, and enrollment willingness had significant influence on professional identity(P<0.05). Conclusion Great attention should be attached to the influence of verbal violence on professional identity.Early recognition of verbal violence is conducive to predicting the professional identity of nursing students,and providing theoretical basis for later intervention to enhance professional identity of intern nurses.
