新入职规范化培训护士工作环境感知现状及影响因素分析

Status Quo of Nursing Work Environment Perception in Newly Enrolled Nurses with Standardized Training and Its Influencing Factors

摘要: 目的 了解新入职规范化培训护士工作环境感知现状并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用方便抽样方法,选取2016年9月—2018年5月青岛市某三级甲等医院300名新入职规范化培训护士作为调查对象,运用一般资料调查表、中文版护士工作环境感知量表对研究对象进行问卷调查。根据资料特征采用两独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析进行统计学分析。结果 新入职规范化培训护士工作环境感知得分为(2.92±0.33分,多元线性回归分析结果提示:培训科室和培训时间是影响培训护士工作环境感知水平的主要因素(P<0.05。结论 新入职规范化培训护士工作环境感知得分处于中等水平,培训科室和培训时间是新入职培训护士工作环境感知水平的影响因素。医院及护理管理者应加强培训科室环境建设及合理安排培训时间来提高新入职培训护士的工作环境感知水平。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current status of nursing work environment perception of newly enrolled nurses with standardized training and explore its influencing factors. Methods A convenient sampling method was adopted to select 300 newly enrolled nurses with standardized training from a tertiary grade A hospital in Qingdao from September 2016 to May 2018. General information questionnaire and Chinese Version of Nurses' Work Environment Perception Scale were used to conduct questionnaire survey in the research objects. T-test of two independent samples, one-way analysis of variance and multiple linear regression were used for statistical analysis. Results The score of work environment perception of newly trained nurses was 2.92±0.33. Multiple linear regression analysis suggested that training department and training time were the main influencing factors of work environment perception of newly trained nurses (P<0.05. Conclusion Nursing work environment perception of newly enrolled nurses with standardized training is in a mediate level. Training department and training time are the influencing factors. Hospitals and nursing managers should strengthen the environmental construction of training departments and arrange training time reasonably to improve the level of nursing work environment perception of newly trained nurses.
