摘要: 目的 通过文献回顾国内外本科老年护理人才胜任力培养现状,探索解决问题的方法,以期为我国本科老年护理人才胜任力培养提供借鉴。方法 检索国内外相关文献,从国外培养标准、课程设置特点、基于胜任力概念维度的培养方案及对我国本科老年护理人才胜任力培养的启示等方面进行阐述。结果 国外针对老年护理的特殊性制定了全国官方培养标准,培养方案基于胜任力概念维度,有明确培养导向,并将胜任力贯穿整个老年护理教育全过程。而国内缺乏相应课程指南及胜任力标准,培养导向尚未统一,缺乏胜任力态度及个人特质维度的培养方案。结论 可通过借鉴国外培养的经验,完善我国本科老年护理人才胜任力培养体系,促进我国养老护理事业发展。
