目的 设计及实施漫改剧教学方案,并探讨护生的学习体验。方法 采用描述性现象学方法,对10名参与漫改剧学习的护理本科生进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果 共提炼出3个主题,9个亚主题：学习体验（形式新颖有趣、增强个人自信）,学习收获（巩固了专业知识、提高了沟通与协作能力、提升了人文关怀素养、有助于激发多元智能）,学习反馈（专业能力存在短板、任务目标不够明确、自我效能有待提升）。结论 漫改剧的教学形式效果积极,但需要教师团队解构目标明确学习任务,通过多措并举提升跨专业能力,并增加多元测评以增强学生的自我效能感。
Abstract
Objective To design and implement a teaching scheme of adapting comics into sitcoms, and to explore the learning experience of nursing students. Methods Descriptive phenomenology was used to interview 10 nursing undergraduates who learned to adapt comics into sitcoms, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results Three themes and nine sub-themes were extracted: learning experience (novel and interesting form and enhancing personal confidence), learning gains (consolidating professional knowledge, improving communication and cooperation ability, improving humanistic care quality, and helping to stimulate multiple intelligence), and learning feedback (shortcomings in professional ability, unclear task objectives, and self-efficacy to be improved). Conclusion The teaching scheme of adapting comics into sitcoms has a positive effect. Educators need to collaboratively deconstruct the objectives to delineate specific learning tasks and competencies across disciplines. Interdisciplinary capabilities need to be strengthened through various instructional strategies. Additionally, employing diversified assessments can help cultivate students’ self-efficacy.
