摘要: 目的 了解国内外癌症青年患者社会心理干预研究现状,为我国临床实践提供借鉴。方法 通过检索知网、万方、Pubmed、Web of Science等数据库,回顾国内外文献,对相关干预性研究进行整理和分析。结果 有氧运动、心理教育、认知行为干预和娱乐媒介干预等社会心理干预措施可减少癌症青年患者的心理困扰和社会功能障碍,但存在青年年龄段划分不统一、随访时间短、我国缺乏专业治疗师的问题。结论 癌症青年患者社会心理干预方法较多,可借鉴国外研究的优势,结合理论框架,深入挖掘我国青年患者需求,探索出适合我国患者的干预模式,同时培养相关专业人才,以提高患者的生活质量。
