摘要: 目的 总结国内外疼痛敏感性评估工具,为今后开展相关研究提供参考。方法 系统检索12个中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年1月6日,筛选符合纳入标准的疼痛敏感性评估工具,提取文献基本信息(作者、国家、年份)及评估工具基本信息(工具名称、工具内容、工具优缺点及信效度),并进行分类汇总分析。结果 纳入20篇文献,包含21个疼痛敏感性评估工具,其中问卷、量表类评估工具5个;实验、仪器类评估疼痛敏感性16个,可以分为6类,分别是:定量感觉测试、温度痛阈测量、压痛阈测量、针刺痛阈测量、电痛阈测量以及激光痛阈测量。结论 疼痛敏感性评估工具种类较多,各有利弊,研究者需根据实际情况选择最合适的评估工具。目前尚缺乏多维疼痛敏感性评估工具,建议加大多维度评估工具的引入或开发。
