基于询问-劝说-转介模式对肿瘤科护士开展预防住院患者自杀培训的研究

Question, Persuade, and Refer in Training of Inpatient Suicide Prevention for Oncology Nurses

摘要: 目的 提高肿瘤科护士预防住院患者自杀的知识和综合技能。方法 对47名肿瘤科护士开展询问、劝说和转介模式(Question,Persuade,and Refer,QPR)的住院患者自杀预防培训,培训内容包含患者自杀基础知识、患者自杀风险评估、患者自杀预防和自杀高危患者转介。采取线下授课、情景模拟等相结合的培训方式。培训前后分别用护士自信问卷、自杀评价问卷、住院患者自杀护理管理核查表调查对培训效果进行评价。结果 经过培训后肿瘤科护士预防住院患者自杀的信心、住院患者自杀预防的态度和认知水平、护理管理水平均有所提高(P<0.05)。结论 对肿瘤科护士开展预防住院患者自杀培训,能有效提高肿瘤科护士预防住院患者自杀的知识水平和信心,促进预防住院患者自杀护理管理水平提升。

Abstract: Objective To improve the knowledge and comprehensive skills of oncology nurses in the prevention of inpatient suicide. Methods Forty-seven nurses in the department of oncology were trained for inpatient suicide prevention with question, persuade, and refer (QPR), including basic knowledge of patient suicide, suicide risk assessment, suicide prevention and referral of high-risk patients. Offline teaching, scene simulation and other training methods were applied in the training. Nurses' confidence questionnaire, suicide evaluation questionnaire and inpatient suicide nursing management checklist were used to evaluate the training effect before and after the training. Results After training, the confidence of oncology nurses in suicide prevention, the attitude toward and cognition of suicide prevention and nursing management of inpatients were improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The inpatient suicide prevention training for oncology nurses can effectively improve the knowledge and confidence of oncology nurses in the prevention of inpatient suicide, and promote nursing management of inpatient suicide prevention.
