以家庭为中心的护理对ICU患者家属满意度影响的研究进展

摘要： 目的 对以家庭为中心的护理（patient and family-centered care,PFCC）对ICU患者家属满意度的影响进行综述,以期改善国内的ICU医疗护理服务质量,提高家属满意度。方法 通过对国内外文献进行梳理,对以家庭为中心的护理进行概述,从家庭参与、家庭支持、沟通支持、决策支持、人文关怀等方面对满意度的影响进行总结。结果 以家庭为中心的护理提高了家属的参与度,改善了与家属的沟通,促进了家属参与医疗决策,注重了人文关怀的落实,从而满足了家属的需求,提高了满意度。结论 目前国内针对ICU患者家属满意度的相关研究处于发展阶段,有待开展多中心、前瞻性、深层次的研究。
