国内外癌症患者家属居丧干预研究进展

摘要： 目的 对癌症患者家属居丧干预进行综述,为国内开展居丧干预实践和延续照护实践提供参考依据。方法 通过对国内外文献进行梳理,从居丧支持相关理论模型、居丧干预、居丧随访模式3个方面了解国内外癌症患者家属居丧干预的应用现况。结果 可以为居丧干预提供理论指导的居丧支持相关理论模型主要有双重过程模型、三级居丧支持模型、家庭系统疾病模型;目前的居丧干预主要从医务人员、临终关怀机构、社会3个层面开展,尚缺乏成熟的居丧随访模式,国外和香港的模式可供部分参考。结论 目前国内癌症患者家属居丧干预的相关研究还处于初始阶段,可借鉴国外成熟的居丧支持相关理论模型,在其指导下发展和探索适合我国的切实可行的癌症患者家属居丧干预措施和随访模式。
