基于三维结构理论构建安宁疗护专科护士再认证评价体系

摘要： 目的 构建安宁疗护专科护士再认证评价体系,规范安宁疗护专科护士阶段性管理。方法 本研究基于“结构-过程-结果”理论,运用文献回顾法、半结构访谈,形成安宁疗护专科护士再认证评价指标草案。采用德尔菲法对全国24名专家开展2轮函询,构建安宁疗护专科护士再认证评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重。结果 安宁疗护专科护士再认证评价体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标11项、三级指标47项。2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为96%、100%,专家权威系数分别为0.881、0.902,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.204、0.249（均P<0.05）。结论 构建的安宁疗护专科护士再认证评价体系,融入安宁疗护专科特色,并将评价指标量化,具有科学性、可靠性和可操作性,为安宁疗护专科护士再认证提供有效的评价方法。
