癌症幸存者复发恐惧干预研究进展

摘要： 目的 对能够有效降低癌症复发恐惧水平的干预措施进行综述,为临床医护人员降低癌症幸存者复发恐惧水平提高生活质量提供参考。方法 通过检索国内外文献,归纳、总结降低癌症幸存者对复发恐惧水平的有效干预措施。结果 目前常见的有效干预措施包括：混合认知行为疗法、正念减压疗法、基于正念的认知疗法、接受承诺疗法、基于认知的同情疗法、战胜恐惧心理干预疗法、问题解决疗法。结论 目前国内针对癌症幸存者降低复发恐惧水平的干预措施研究较少,建议未来将更多成熟的干预措施应用到临床上,验证其有效性,为进一步找出更适合我国癌症幸存者的有效干预措施。
