ICU护理缺失的研究进展

摘要： 目的 分析国内外ICU护理缺失的现状, 并提出干预措施,以提高ICU护理质量。方法 复习国内外相关文献,从护理缺失的概念及理论框架、ICU护理缺失的现状、影响因素、干预对策等角度进行综述。结果 护理缺失的定义由最初关注护理的人力物资,上升到关注护理工作环境;从关注患者护理需求增加到关注患者的需求、安全和满意度等范畴。73.4%~95.1% ICU护士临床工作期间发生过护理缺失,主要原因包括ICU护理人员工作环境、人口学特征、患者及家属的行为特征等;干预策略包括合理配置ICU护理人力、物品、设备资源,加强护士梯队人材建设,探索有效的干预模式等。结论 未来研究应结合ICU护理缺失现状及影响因素,根据我国医疗发展特色进行合理干预,以提高护理质量,促进患者健康结局。
