摘要: 目的 梳理国外及中国大陆专科护士多点执业的资质要求、培训内容、执业范畴及权限、执业管理与安全,为国内护理管理者和政策制定者提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关组织、学校网站以及专科护士多点执业的相关文献,从资质要求、培训内容、执业范畴及权限、执业管理与安全4个角度进行综述。结果 国外专科护士多点执业体系完善;资质要求严格标准;培训内容及方式与专科护士多点执业相匹配;执业权限灵活自由;执业管理及安全设备完善。结论 结合中国国情,借鉴国外经验,探讨适合我国专科护士多点执业发展的模式,以期为国内专科护士多点执业的推广提供建议,为管理者制订相关政策提供一定程度的参考,进而推动国内专科护士多点执业的发展进程。
