成人依恋对癌症患者影响的研究进展

摘要： 目的 将成人依恋对癌症患者的影响进行综述,以期为国内开展相关研究及癌症患者护理实践提供参考和依据。方法 通过对国内外文献进行梳理,从心理、社会和生活3个层面分析了成人依恋对癌症患者的影响。结果 心理层面的影响包括：情绪调节、焦虑抑郁、创伤后成长;社会层面包括社会支持、人际关系,其中人际关系中主要包括医/护患关系和夫妻关系;生活层面包括生活质量和照护质量。结论 目前国内针对癌症患者成人依恋的相关研究还处于初步阶段,有待开展大范围、多方法、深层次的研究。
