1型糖尿病儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感影响因素研究进展

摘要： 目的 阐述1型糖尿病儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感的影响因素,为以后开展相关研究,制定干预措施提供参考依据。方法 通过检索Pubmed、Web of Science、CNKI、维普和万方等数据库,收集整理关于1型糖尿病儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感的相关文献,并分析、总结1型糖尿病儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感的影响因素。结果 1型糖尿病儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感的影响因素有4方面。（1）临床因素,即低血糖频率和严重程度、血糖控制、夜间低血糖、频繁的血糖监测;（2）社会人口学因素,即父母性别和年龄、儿童/青少年年龄、文化程度和家庭收入;（3）心理因素,包括焦虑抑郁、生活满意度、育儿压力、正念养育、父母对青少年应对低血糖事件能力的信念等。（4）糖尿病管理中的新技术,例如胰岛素持续皮下输注、动态血糖监测系统。结论 未来应重点关注心理因素、糖尿病管理中的新技术对1型糖尿病儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感的影响,目前国内尚无关于糖尿病儿童/青少年及其父母低血糖恐惧感的研究,未来应结合我国国情和文化特点分析我国儿童/青少年父母低血糖恐惧感的影响因素,并进一步探讨相关的干预措施。
