头颈癌患者报告结局的研究进展

摘要: 目的 综述患者报告结局在头颈癌的应用进展,为相关的临床研究和护理实践提供参考。方法 复习近年头颈癌患者报告结局的国内外相关文献,从工具介绍、应用进展进行分析和归纳。结果 头颈癌患者报告结局的工具包括通用工具和特异性工具,即欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量核心量表,欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量量表-头颈部模块,埃德蒙顿症状评估系统,安德森症状量表-头颈部模块,安德森吞咽困难量表等。头颈癌患者报告结局的应用包括症状监测、营养评估、临床试验中的应用。结论 患者报告结局可用于监测治疗进展,评估疾病的复发,并给予个性化的治疗方案。然而把患者报告结局应用于实践中仍存在一些障碍,需要时间和资源的投入,患者报告结局测量工具有待研发,移动互联网的普及提出了新挑战等,有待未来深入研究。
