慢性病儿童疲乏评估工具的研究进展

摘要： 目的 综述慢性病儿童疲乏评估工具的研究现状及研究趋势,为今后研究提供方向。方法 查阅慢性病儿童疲乏症状测评工具的相关文献报道,根据检索结果,进行汇总分析。结果 总结分析文献,发现4个国内外目前应用于评估慢性病儿童疲乏症状的特异性工具,分别是（1）儿童多维疲乏量表（PedsQLTM Multidimensional Fatigue Scale,PedsQL TMMFS）;（2）疲乏量表（Fatigue Scale）,包括儿童版、家长版、工作人员版3部分,用于测评患儿所经历的疲乏症状以及引起患儿疲乏的可能原因;（3）Chalder14项疲乏量表（Chalder Fatigue Scale,CFS-14）,包括躯体疲乏程度测评和精神疲乏程度测评2部分;（4）The Checklist Individual Strength-20（CIS-20）,包括疲乏主观感受、注意力、动机、日常活动,4个维度,用于测评患儿疲乏程度以及对日常生活影响程度。结论 目前对慢性病儿童疲乏症状评估比较薄弱,且局限于癌症患儿。今后,疲乏症状将是慢性病儿童症状的研究焦点及症状管理发展趋。国内研究者应积极发展本土化、适用于我国儿童的特异性测评工具,同时关注影响因素研究及干预性研究,为今后慢性病儿童疲乏症状管理提供依据。
