医务人员手卫生评估工具的研究进展

摘要： 目的 对国内外开发的医务人员手卫生评估工具进行综述,为开发、合理选用该工具提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,对各类测评工具的主要内容、应用范围、应用现状、优点及局限性进行分析和总结。结果 汇总医务人员手卫生评估工具共6个,分别是手卫生信念量表（Hand Hygiene Beliefs Scale,HHBS）、手卫生实践量表（Hand Hygiene Practices Inventory,HHPI）、护士手部卫生意识量表（Hand Hygiene Awareness Scale,HHAS）、患者参与医疗机构手卫生促进调查问卷、使用含酒精洗手液的手卫生信念及行为量表（Hand Hygiene Beliefs and Behaviour about Alcohol Based Hand Rub Use）、手卫生行为量表（Hand Hygiene Behaviour Questionnaire,HHBQ）,分别介绍其理论依据、应用人群、Cronbach α系数、评估重点、测评方式以及临床应用等特点。结论 当前的医务人员手卫生评估工具有各自的优点及局限性,在临床实践中,需结合临床情景合理选择适用的工具。
