摘要: 目的 阐述国外急性深静脉血栓患者应用弹力袜治疗的效果以及如何应用弹力袜,为我国急性深静脉血栓患者实施弹力袜治疗提供指导依据。方法 通过全面检索文献,总结归纳国外关于急性深静脉血栓患者应用弹力袜治疗的最新研究进展。结果 急性深静脉血栓患者在抗凝治疗基础上尽早穿弹力袜,可以减轻急性期肿胀症状,可能改善急性期(7 d内)疼痛症状,同时减缓血栓进展,但对血栓形成后综合征预防效果方面仍存在争议。结论 国外关于急性深静脉血栓患者应用弹力袜治疗的研究较多,国内需要借鉴国外研究经验指导急性深静脉血栓患者及时、有效、正确应用弹力袜。
