歌唱疗法在COPD稳定期患者中的应用进展

摘要： 目的 了解国内外歌唱疗法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）稳定期患者中的应用进展,为歌唱疗法在COPD稳定期的实施和推广提供参考。方法 检索国内外相关文献,概述歌唱疗法的干预对象及其在COPD稳定期患者中的具体实践内容和干预效果。结果 歌唱疗法逐渐被认同为COPD稳定期患者肺康复的补充疗法,对患者肺功能、负性情绪、社交、生活质量和康复依从性都能产生影响,但其在实践中也存在不足。结论 目前应结合智能移动技术,完善具体方案,将歌唱疗法应用于COPD稳定期患者。
