婴幼儿顺应喂养的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解婴幼儿顺应喂养的研究现状,为临床护理教育和干预提供参考依据。方法检索国内外顺应喂养的相关文献,从顺应喂养的概念、评估工具、顺应喂养的实现等方面进行综述。结果顺应喂养研究处于起步阶段,尚未建立统一的评估工具,且研究多集中于横断面研究,而父母/主要照顾者对顺应喂养的认知水平不足。结论在今后研究中可在现有基础上开发评估顺应喂养的综合评估工具,并进行信效度检验;同时可开展临床随机对照试验进一步探讨顺应喂养对肥胖/超重、喂养模式和行为的影响以及了解父母/照顾者顺应喂养的知信行水平。
