刺灸法在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用研究文献计量学分析

Current status and trends of acupuncture and moxibustion in nursing of diabetic peripheral neuropathy: a bibliometric analysis

摘要: 目的 采用文献计量和科学知识图谱方法分析使用刺灸法在糖尿病周围神经病变的研究现状及热点,并探讨其发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网及核心合集数据库(WOS)自建库至2024年8月1日收录的关于使用刺灸法应用于糖尿病周围神经病变的中英文文献,应用Excel2016、CiteSpace6.3.R1、VOSviewer1.6.20通过合作网络、关键词共现、关键词突现等方法进行可视化分析。结果 中文数据库与WOS分别纳入中文文献409篇、英文文献98篇,年发文量总体均呈上升趋势;英文文献产出集中于中国、美国与英国;关键词分析显示,在刺灸法的选择上,中文文献以针灸、温针灸为主,英文文献以传统针灸和电针为主。结论 中文数据库当前研究热点以临床研究和病例报告为主,WOS以随机对照临床试验为主。中英文文献均缺乏机制研究,应加强研究团队之间的合作,进行不同刺灸方法的对比研究和作用机制研究,评价研究结果客观化等,为刺灸法在DPN护理中的应用提供客观依据。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the current research status and hotspots of acupuncture and moxibustion in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) using bibliometric and science knowledge mapping, and to explore its development trend. Methods We retrieved Chinese and English literature on the application of acupuncture and moxibustion of DPN in Chinese Knowledge Network (CNKI) and the Core Collection Database (WOS), with a retrieval period spanning from the inception to August 1, 2024. The data were visualized using Excel2016, CiteSpace6.3.R1, and VOSviewer1.6.20 software through cooperative networks, keyword co-occurrence, and keyword emergence. Results A total of 409 Chinese articles and 98 English articles were collected in CNKI and WOS, respectively, and the annual article output showed an overall upward trend; the majority of English articles were mainly authored in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom; keyword analysis showed that in terms of acupuncture and moxibustion method selection, Chinese articles mainly focused on "acupuncture" and "warm acupuncture," while English articles mainly focused on “traditional acupuncture” and “electrical acupuncture”. Conclusion Research hotspots in CNKI and WOS are clinical research and case report, and randomized controlled clinical trials, respectively. Both Chinese and English literatures lack mechanism studies. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance collaboration among research teams, conduct comparative studies and mechanism research on different acupuncture and moxibustion methods, evaluate the objectivity of research results, and provide Objective evidence for the application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the nursing of DPN.;
